Shred Fest 2026 will arrive at Lion Arts Factory on 4 September, bringing a lineup of extreme metal talent across Australia and New Zealand. The travelling festival will feature progressive death metal pioneers Obscura from Germany, returning to Australia to present their latest album A Sonication, alongside American progressive and atmospheric technical death metal outfit Fallujah. The Adelaide show will also include Australian acts Ashen from Perth, delivering crushing death-doom with relentless groove, and special guests Tzun Tzu.

The festival celebrates technical excellence and musical precision across the extreme metal spectrum, from intricate musicianship to devastating heaviness. Additional local and international guests will appear in each city throughout the tour.
