Maddogs and Boogiemen brings Joe Cocker's legacy to life at Club5082 in Prospect with a powerful 11-piece band led by vocalist Steve Brown. The show, which won a Fringe 2023 Music Award, recreates Cocker's greatest hits with complete authenticity, transporting audiences back to the golden age of soul and rock music.
Steve Brown channels Cocker's raw energy and distinctive vocal style so convincingly that with your eyes closed, you'd swear the man himself was in the room. The tribute captures not just the songs but the guts and spirit that made Cocker's performances legendary.
The event runs Friday 21 August from 7–10 pm at Club5082, 128 Prospect Road. Doors open at 6:30 pm. Tickets cost $20 each, and your first drink is complimentary.
