Fire and Fiesta brings an electrifying orchestral celebration of Mexican and Spanish music to Norwood Concert Hall on Sunday 27 September 2026. The concert runs from 2:30pm to 5:00pm and features conductor Michael Milton leading the National Symphony Orchestra in a program of works by composers including José Pablo Moncayo and Manuel de Falla.

The lineup brings together three accomplished musicians. Violinist Natasha Paran, winner of the 2025 Eisteddfod prize, will perform Camille Saint-Saëns' Introduction & Rondo Capriccioso, bringing fiery Spanish dance-like energy to the stage. NSO favourite Stephen van der Hoek will join on piano for de Falla's Nights in the Gardens of Spain, a work that captures the composer's impressionistic approach to Spanish musical traditions.

The concert takes place at Norwood Concert Hall, located at 175 The Parade, Norwood. Tickets are available through the venue's booking system. For further information, contact the Norwood Concert Hall on 08 8366 4557 or nch@npsp.sa.gov.au.
