Blue Art Journal presents a live panel discussion at Artspace, Adelaide Festival Centre, applying an Indigenous lens to contemporary art conversation. The session runs for 60 minutes from 10am on 1 August 2026 and is free to attend, forming part of the OUR WORDS program within the BIGGEST MOB celebration of South Australian Aboriginal art.
The panel brings together Dominic Guerrera, a Kaurna and Ngarrindjeri poet and visual artist and First Nations editor at Cordite Poetry Review; Timmah Ball, a Ballardong Noongar writer, editor and cultural planner; and Ali Gumillya Baker, a Mirning woman and Associate Professor in Critical Indigenous Studies at Flinders University and member of the Unbound Collective.
Artspace is located within the Dunstan Playhouse building at Adelaide Festival Centre, with entry via Festival Plaza or the Riverbank. Nearby, the Playhouse Café and MOOD Café offer coffee, light meals and river views for those attending.
