About the show:
Join us for a mini-festival of 10 minute plays, ranging from family drama to hilarious mayhem, performed by 28 actors. At each performance three separate audiences will promenade between the three Goodwood Theatre venues. During the two intervals there will be a welcoming bar and live entertainment.
Discover what Dr Johnson and Mrs Thrale really got up to at tea, titter at the man unwittingly trapped in Farce, anticipate what happens when three girlfriends reunite, observe Judith as she tries to select the bottle of wine her husband deserves, debate whether the family’s hospital Facebook posts are hilarious or informative, witness how two people cope when their spouses with dementia move into residential care, reflect on whether the debt counsellor really does have an ingenious solution to money problems, wonder at why two men have formed a queue…and why are they waiting! and come along for the ride as a family road trip goes ridiculously askew.
