South Australian favourites RUMOURS and The Bald Eagles join forces on Saturday October 17 for a massive run through of two of the great songbooks of the 20th Century at Woodville Town Hall.

The 3-hour concert will feature full sets from two renowned bands celebrating the legendary sounds of the American West Coast rock era.

RUMOURS will perform a special Fleetwood Mac Greatest Hits concert recreating the timeless music of a band that still stops hearts: Dreams, Rhiannon, Go Your Own Way, Little Lies and much more.

RUMOURS is Australia’s original Fleetwood Mac tribute show and celebrates 12 years of sold-out performances across the country. The band features some of SA’s leading session musicians: Nanette Van Ruiten, Ian ‘Polly’ Politis, SA Music Hall of Famer Rob Pippan, Shaun Duncan, Gary Isaacs, Rob Vorel and Matt McNamee. Members of RUMOURS have performed with major artists including Swanee, Glenn Shorrock, Wendy Matthews, Beeb Birtles, Russell Morris, Ross Wilson and Leo Sayer.

The Bald Eagles will perform their immensely popular “ONE OF THOSE NIGHTS” 20th Anniversary Show, a full concert set celebrating the music of The Eagles and featuring the thrilling harmonies, consummate musicianship and cutting wit that have made the band a sell-out favourite over two decades. With some of Adelaide’s best musos, the 10-piece band (including a strings section) is acclaimed as Australia’s best interpreters of The Eagles. delivering many of the classic hits that defined the West Coast rock sound. Their show also brings you a taste of other West Coast greats: Steely Dan, Joni Mitchell and Neil Young.

This special double-bill concert event promises an unforgettable night celebrating two of the greatest bands in rock history with two of the nation’s favourite live bands.
