Wade Forster is one of country music’s most exciting voices, with anticipation high for his forthcoming third long-player. The Golden Guitar award-winning singer, songwriter and guitarist played sell-out shows across his 2025 Australian tour, and has garnered a huge following in the US, playing countless shows to a passionate fanbase, with dedicated stateside touring since 2024.

Wade Forster said today, “Australia is my home, it’s a part of who I am. To be able to do a tour like this is something very special, not just for me and my crew but for the fans and everyone who have support me along the way.

The Aftermath picks up exactly where his 2025 sophomore release Gooseneck Party left off: the fire’s out, the dust has settled, and the long drive home has begun.

“The Aftermath is the perfect album for the Sunday scaries. After a big night on the town or even a Gooseneck Party. I write a lot of music on my own, so I will probably have another one for you real soon.”

Wade has shared the first taste of this new record with the anthemic single ‘Strange’. The official video available to watch now – view HERE.

ABOUT WADE FORSTER

Wade Forster doesn’t just sing country music – he’s lived it. Born, raised, and still working on a cattle station deep in the Queensland outback, his life has been built on dust, hard work, and long days in the saddle. A professional rodeo cowboy, he’s spent years on the circuit, chasing buckles, riding hard, and living the kind of stories most country singers only write about.

In July 2024, when Wade put on a free pop-up show in the legendary Fort Worth Stockyards, Texas, he was met with 300 fans – some who had driven five hours just to see him. They sang along to every word. These weren’t casual listeners. These were real, die-hard fans.

Without a record label, without industry backing, and without ever setting foot on a U.S. stage, The Beginning found its way across the world. A cowboy from outback Queensland, living 15 hours from the nearest major city, had somehow built a fanbase on the other side of the planet.

Fresh off a sold-out Australian headline tour that cemented him as one of the country’s most in-demand new voices, Wade Forster has continued a meteoric rise both at home and abroad. Following standout festival appearances at Deni Ute Muster, Gympie Muster and Strumming Bird, Wade took his high-energy live show to the United States in early 2026, joining Treaty Oak Revival for a run of arena dates before sharing stages with Shane Smith & The Saints, culminating in a landmark performance at Ryman Auditorium. He returned to Texas in April for the It’s Time For Texas Tour, delivering standout sets at Two Step Inn, Lone Star Smokeout, Chilifest and Larry Joe Taylor Festival, while packing out headline shows across Canyon, Corpus Christi, Waco and Lubbock – further proving the ‘Aussie Cowboy’ is rapidly becoming a force on both sides of the Pacific.

What started as a DIY movement – an outback rodeo cowboy recording songs off rodeo winnings – has now become a trans-Pacific groundswell. Wade’s catalogue has surpassed 60 million global streams, with fans in both hemispheres finding truth in his stories of grit, heart, and hard miles.

Through it all, Wade remains exactly who he’s always been – a rodeo cowboy first, a songwriter second, and a bloke whose stories are best told in a saddle or a song. His music isn’t just about country life. It is country life – the dirt, the heartbreak, the triumph, the quiet battles, and the moments that make a man. And as long as there are steers to wrestle, highways to chase, and songs left to sing, he’ll keep telling his story – one verse at a time.
