All Regards release brand new single and music video ‘lucid’ out now
Announce run of shows including Sydney, Melbourne and Adelaide

One of Australia's most promising emerging alternative acts, All Regards, today return with their melodic new single ‘lucid’. Stream HERE, and watch the music video, directed by Andrew Bromley, HERE.
‘lucid’ is a striking showcase of the band’s ability to blend nostalgic pop-punk elements with modern alt-rock edge. Produced, mixed and engineered by Jack Newlyn (Between You & Me, Belle Haven), the track combines expansive, atmospheric guitars and a rolling drum beat with powerhouse vocals from Jeremy Allen and Stefan Sepulveda. The co-vocalists perfectly complement each other from verse to anthemic chorus, with call-and-response lines like I’m so numb to the feeling destined for swaying, euphoric moshpit singalongs.
The new single touches of feelings of dissociation, escapism, and insomnia. Talking about the track’s lyrics, Jeremy says “‘lucid’ evolves around the metaphor of needing sleep to cope with external pressures. It's something a lot of people deal with, not being able to fall asleep because of how busy the mind can be in the loneliest, darkest hours of the night.”

Alongside the release, the band have announced a run of interstate shows alongside Akira Slide (SA) & Flow Kobra (NSW) including Sydney, Melbourne, and Adelaide, where punters can hear the band’s new material as well past releases and fan favourites.
Earlier this year, All Regards released two tracks ‘resist’ and ‘discontent’, both connected in their apocalyptic themes, while individually capturing the band’s range in moving between brighter, pop-punk driven moments and darker, heavier sounds. The releases were celebrated with a packed out launch show at Melbourne’s Workers Club, and clocked airplay on triple j, triple j Unearthed, SYN, 4ZZZ, Edge Radio, Radio Adelaide, and many more stations across the country.
In late 2024, All Regards released their debut EP ALL OUR DREAMS TURN TO NIGHTMARES leading into an unforgettable sold-out headline launch at Bergy Bandroom, airplay across triple j and triple j Unearthed, and editorial playlisting from Spotify and Apple Music. With their electric live performances gaining the group a strong local following, All Regards have become an in-demand support act, sharing stages with the likes of ARIA chart toppers SoSo, Canadian heavyweights Story Untold, rising Australian alternative favourites Forever On High, Bukowski, Nightlight, Belle Haven, Down And Out, Loose End, and Darcy Baker.
