Award-winning classical pianist Anna Goldsworthy’s captivating memoir about motherhood unfolds on stage as a life-affirming new play with music from State Theatre Company South Australia.
Join Anna, a pianist and perfectionist, as she falls pregnant with her first child and shares the dizzying wonder that comes with creating new life, in this hilarious and candid play by Anna Goldsworthy. Directed by Shannon Rush, with music by Alan John (Play School), Welcome to Your New Life comes to the Space Theatre, 10-25 November.
For the first time, State Theatre Company South Australia are thrilled to present a special ‘Babes in Arms’ Baby Friendly performance at 11am on Thursday 16 November. For a special ticket price of $40, parents are invited to attend the show with their babies. Special accommodations will be provided, including dimmed house lighting and no lockouts through the performance.
