Irish comic Des Bishop finally tours Australia, stopping at Norwood in November

Des Bishop has built a career out of saying the things other comics tend to skirt around, and this November Adelaide gets to see that up close for the first time. The Irish stand-up is bringing his first full Australian tour to five cities, with Adelaide's stop landing at Norwood Concert Hall on Thursday 12 November 2026.

Bishop's reputation precedes him. Known for provocative material that doesn't flinch from uncomfortable territory, he's spent years building an audience on the strength of shows that mix personal history with sharp social commentary. That an artist of his standing has never toured here before makes this run notable in itself, and Adelaide crowds who've followed his work from afar finally get the chance to see it live.
