Sacramento post-hardcore act Dance Gavin Dance headline an Australian tour in November 2026 with The Fall of Troy and Galleons, celebrating their album Pantheon.
Dance Gavin Dance bring their Australian headline tour to Adelaide this November with support from math rock innovators The Fall of Troy and post-hardcore crossover act Galleons. The lineup stacks three generations of heavy music credibility across a single bill.
Formed in Sacramento in 2005, Dance Gavin Dance have built a devoted following through four Billboard 200 Top 15 albums and billions of streams. The band—Andrew Wells on vocals and guitar, Jon Mess as co-vocalist, Will Swan on guitar, and Matthew Mingus on drums—blend funk, metalcore, post-hardcore, and progressive structures into a signature sound. They host Swanfest, their own annual festival, and have performed on the world's largest stages.
The Fall of Troy join as special guests, bringing two decades of math rock experimentation since their 2002 formation in Washington. Their 2005 album Doppelgänger established their technical approach; subsequent releases have pushed structural boundaries within the genre. Completing the bill, Galleons unite Australian and Eastern European musicians in a post-hardcore and math rock blend that challenges genre conventions through collaboration with established alternative acts.
The tour celebrates Dance Gavin Dance's latest album Pantheon while revisiting their extensive catalogue. Doors open at 7pm, with tickets at $100.65.
