Swedish pop star Zara Larsson plays Adelaide Entertainment Centre Arena on Sunday, 18 October 2026 at 8pm as part of her Midnight Sun world tour, her first Adelaide headline show since 2014 and her first Australian visit in over a decade. The date sold out after demand forced an upgrade from the smaller Theatre venue to the larger Arena, with general admission tickets automatically valid at the new location.

Zara Larsson has spent more than a decade making other people's summers louder, but this October she'll finally bring her own to Adelaide. The Swedish pop star lands at the Adelaide Entertainment Centre on Sunday, 18 October 2026 at 8pm, her first Adelaide show and her first Australian visit in over ten years.

The date sits within Larsson's Midnight Sun world tour, built around her fourth studio album of the same name. Expect a set that moves from global hits "Lush Life" and "Never Forget You" into the new Midnight Sun material, all delivered with the kind of star power that's made her a festival and support-act favourite here before. This time she's headlining at scale, and Adelaide gets a full dose of what's become her signature: an endless-summer energy that doesn't care what season it actually is outside the venue.

That mood carries into everything around the show, not just the music. Stylist Caterina Ospina has built Larsson's look around Y2K nostalgia and island souvenir-shop kitsch, think Lisa Frank-style printed leotards, hot pink hibiscus prints and ruffled crop tops dripping in rhinestones. Ospina has said Larsson is really her own biggest style reference at this point, not a throwback act. Makeup artist Sophia Sinot pushes the same maximalist energy, pulling from Barbie, Euphoria, Lisa Frank and 2016-era glam, all sorbet eyelids and blush-draping against neon fits. Sinot's called it a deliberate pushback against years of "clean girl" minimalism, and it's paid off: a limited-edition Lisa Frank CD version of Midnight Sun and a sunshine-yellow Kevin Germanier couture moment at the 2025 Grammys have both gone viral, with fans recreating the looks for shows worldwide.

Adelaide's show has already outgrown its original room. Demand pushed it from the Entertainment Centre Theatre to the larger Entertainment Centre Arena, same date. Anyone holding General Admission Theatre tickets doesn't need to do anything, they're automatically valid for the Arena.

The Adelaide date is one stop on a broader Australia and New Zealand run that sold out almost instantly, forcing venue upgrades and extra dates along the way: Riverstage Brisbane (Oct 13 & 14, sold out), Hordern Pavilion Sydney (Oct 15, sold out), Margaret Court Arena Melbourne (Oct 17, sold out), Entertainment Centre Arena Adelaide (Oct 18, sold out), RAC Arena Perth (Oct 20, upgraded), Rod Laver Arena Melbourne (Oct 22, added second date, upgraded), Qudos Bank Arena Sydney (Oct 23, added second date, upgraded) and Spark Arena Auckland (Oct 25, new show).

Adelaide tickets ran from $89.90 for C Reserve up to $323.60 for the VIP Soundcheck Experience, and the show is now sold out. Ticketek Marketplace remains the only authorised resale option for anyone buying or selling.

For a city that's waited over a decade for its turn, this is a big one. Larsson's built a genuinely distinctive world around this album cycle, and Adelaide gets to see all of it in one room.
