MORGAN EVANS BRINGS HIS STEEL TOWN TOUR TO AUSTRALIA & NEW ZEALAND THIS MAY & JUNE
WITH SPECIAL GUEST LACI KAYE BOOTH

Beloved Aussie-born, Nashville-based hit-maker, Morgan Evans, returns home this May and June for a bumper seven-date tour of Australia and New Zealand.
Following his epic Life Upside Down Tour, which tallied nineteen antipodean shows across 2023 and 2024 – including two sold out nights at the iconic Sydney Opera House – Morgan will headline theatres down under on his anticipated return.
Kicking off on Thursday 21 May, the Steel Town Tour will head to Perth, Melbourne and Brisbane, plus all ages shows in Adelaide and Sydney, before stopping in Auckland and Christchurch in June.

“The Steel Town Tour will be the biggest tour I’ve ever done”, said Morgan. “The biggest show, the biggest band and a record that was created to be shared live! I can’t fucking wait!”
On the back of their stunning duet ‘Two Broken Hearts’, Morgan Evans will be joined by special guest Laci Kaye Booth (USA) on all dates.

Frontier Members can access presale tickets on Monday 16 February from 2pm local time, before general sale opens at 2pm local time on Tuesday 17 February. Tickets and tour information via frontiertouring.com/morganevans.
A world-class live entertainer, Morgan Evans has been praised for his “unparalleled energy and captivating melodies” (Scenestr). Rising from solo star to international headliner, including a spectacular CMC Rocks QLD 2022appearance, which saw him front the sold-out event alongside Kane Brownand Brad Paisley, Evans blends “Nashville’s southern charm with an unmistakably down-to-earth Aussie spirit” (CountryTown).
Evans achieved his first US chart-topper and Australian 3x Platinum No.1 with 2017’s magnetic ‘Kiss Somebody’, following up with the 4x Platinum romantic buzz of ‘Day Drunk’ from his debut album Things That We Drink To, which earnt him a spot on Billboard’s Country Artists To Watch list in 2018. Catapulting to international acclaim, Morgan now has over 1 billion career streams, a testament to the universal connection he’s built with fans.
Released today, ‘Steel Town’ is the title track from Morgan Evans’ forthcoming album, out 20 March. A cinematic love letter to his roots, ‘Steel Town’ is peppered with quick hitting autobiographical detail and sung like a homecoming triumph. The country-rock epic welcomes hazy memories back into view; crashed cars and first gigs speed by with the acoustic-guitar driven energy of a coastal-country Springsteen.
| Morgan explains the sentiment behind the song, saying, “Steel Town is about where I come from and why I am the way I am. Newy was a beautiful place to grow up, but also a tough one, and we poured all of that into this record”. |
With his sophomore studio album, Steel Town, Morgan reforges his creative identity. A nod to his hometown of Newcastle, the record digs deep into themes of home, healing, and renewed hope across eleven tracks. It’s his most complete expression as an artist so far – completely true to himself, and yet relevant to all. Full of hope and resilience, it was made to sing along with and puts Evans’ country-music wonder back in the spotlight.
US singer-songwriter Laci Kaye Booth has a gift for mining beauty from moments of deep sadness. Her 2024 album The Loneliest Girl In The Worldunfolds in an earthy yet ethereal sound that Booth originally conceived as “dreamy country” – a fitting backdrop to her lived-in reflections on lost love and shattered hopes and the thrill of following your heart, even when it leads you astray. Named as one of Spotify’s Artists To Watch for 2026, Laci Kaye Booth is on an incredible upward trajectory.
Don’t miss Morgan Evans live in concert this May and June. Together with Laci Kaye Booth, these Australia and New Zealand shows will deliver an epic evening for all music fans.
