TEG Live is thrilled to announce that Grammy® Award–winning, multi-platinum global superstar LeAnn Rimes will bring her highly anticipated world tour to Australia this September. One iconic voice, one unforgettable night, celebrating 30 years of music.

The acclaimed singer has announced 3 dates commencing in Brisbane on Thursday September 11 at Brisbane Entertainment Centre, followed by the ICC Sydney Theatre on Saturday September 13 and concluding in Melbourne at John Cain Arena on Tuesday September 16.

Rimes said today “To have the opportunity to play live shows at any stage, is so special. Given it has been 22 years since I last toured Australia – these dates are going to be incredible!  It’s also the first opportunity to play material from my 2 most recent albums for Aussie audiences and revisit all the favourites – I cannot wait to return in September!”

The all-new live show will feature performances from her multi-genre catalogue, with a dynamic setlist of country classics and global pop hits through to her latest powerful, soul-stirring releases.

Special guests are Grammy® nominated duo The War And Treaty, featuring Michael Jr and Tanya Trotter, along with Reuben De Melo, Rimes’ winning contestant from The Voice Australia in 2024.

ABOUT LEANN RIMES:

LeAnn Rimes is an internationally acclaimed, multi-platinum-selling singer and an ASCAP award-winning songwriter. She has sold more than 48 million units globally and has won 2 Grammy® Awards, 12 Billboard Music Awards, 2 World Music Awards, 3 Academy of Country Music Awards, 2 Country Music Association Awards, and one Dove Award. At 14, Rimes won “Best New Artist,” making her the youngest solo artist to take home a Grammy® Award. At 15, she became the first country artist to win “Artist of the Year” at the Billboard Music Awards.

Of the 65 singles she has released throughout her expansive career, LeAnn’s ballad “How Do I Live” holds the record as Billboard’s Hot 100 all-time #1 hit by a female artist and currently ranks #6 on Billboard’s “Greatest of All Time: Hot 100 Songs” list. Fifteen of her multi-genre singles are top-10 hits, including “Can’t Fight the Moonlight,” which went #1 in 11 countries.

Rimes’s recording career is filled with a spectrum of diverse collaborations, reflecting her versatility and far-reaching musical influence. She has worked with legends and contemporary stars alike, including Jeff Beck, Joss Stone, Elton John, Stevie Nicks, David Gray, The Crystal Method, Alison Krauss, Rob Thomas, Reba McEntire, Aloe Blacc, Taylor Hawkins of Foo Fighters, Jon Bon Jovi, and Ziggy Marley, among others.

In 2024, Rimes achieved an unprecedented milestone by simultaneously serving as a coach on The Voice Australia and The Voice UK. In Australia, she joined Guy Sebastian and Adam Lambert on the coaching panel and led her artist, Reuben De Melo, to victory, winning the competition. In the UK, she collaborated with will.i.am, Sir Tom Jones, and McFly’s Danny and Tom Fletcher, further solidifying her status as an international force in the music industry. Additionally, she announced a special one-night-only show at the UK’s legendary The London O2, marking the end of her ‘the story… so far’ tour and her biggest UK performance to date on May 8, 2024.

Expanding her musical repertoire, Rimes joined the bluegrass band Trampled by Turtles on their 2024 album Always Here | Always Now, lending her vocals to two tracks, including the lead single, “We All Run Out of Time.” The single became the most-added song on Americana radio, further showcasing her ability to bridge genres with ease.

In another momentous project, LeAnn joined Jon Batiste and Ben Harper to contribute to President Jimmy Carter’s latest spoken word album, which earned them a Grammy® in 2025. Rimes created a powerful new a cappella rendition of “Amazing Grace” for the record, which critics have called “a stunning and reverent interpretation that honors the spirit of President Carter’s legacy.” Her contribution has been widely praised as one of the album’s standout moments, showcasing her vocal precision and emotional depth.

In 2023, LeAnn was invited by CBS Television and The Grammys to honor The Beach Boys’ music and career highlights alongside artists such as Beck, Mumford and Sons, Brandi Carlile, Fall Out Boy, and Weezer. Critics universally praised her performance as the highlight of the show, with her rendition of “Caroline, No” described as “spectral and almost spiritual.”

In the same year, LeAnn received the prestigious ASCAP Golden Note Award, recognizing her extraordinary career achievements, and was inducted into the California Music Hall of Fame. Icons such as Taylor Swift, Brandi Carlile, Kacey Musgraves, and Miranda Lambert have cited her as a key influence in their artistry.

Her 19th album, god’s work (EverLe Records via Thirty Tigers/The Orchard), featured accomplished artists like Ziggy Marley, Mickey Guyton, Aloe Blacc, and Ben Harper. The critically acclaimed album was listed as #9 on Variety’s “The Best Albums of 2022” and included hits like “spaceship” (#3 UK Radio 2) and “awakening” (#1 UK Radio 2).

In April 2022, Rimes headlined CMT Crossroads: LeAnn Rimes & Friends, alongside Mickey Guyton, Carly Pearce, Ashley McBryde, and Brandy Clark, commemorating her groundbreaking career.

Beyond her music, Rimes is a vocal advocate for LGBTQ+ rights, mental health, and humanitarian causes. She has been honored with the Ally of Equality Award by the Human Rights Campaign, the 2019 HOPE Award for Depression Advocacy, and the ACM Humanitarian Award. Her podcast, Wholly Human, brings her wellness blog, Soul of EverLe, to life, reaching #2 on iTunes’ Health & Fitness Chart and earning accolades as one of the best mental health podcasts.

From her unparalleled success as a global music icon to her ventures in wellness and advocacy, LeAnn Rimes continues to redefine artistry and influence, inspiring fans and artists across generations.
