The Soul, Funk & Gospel Queen and Grammy Award Winning JUDITH HILL Announces Australian Tour May 2026. Presented by Gerrard Allman Events.
Grammy-winning powerhouse Judith Hill will bring her electrifying blend of soul, funk and gospel to Australia this May 2026.

The tour celebrates her acclaimed new album Letters from a Black Widow, a bold and deeply personal statement of resilience, redemption and artistic fire.
A singer, songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist of incredible range, Judith Hill has captivated audiences around the world with her spellbinding vocals and fearless authenticity. From her unforgettable turn on The Voice to collaborating with icons such as
Michael Jackson, Prince and Stevie Wonder, Judith’s career has been one of constant evolution and has earned her a place among the most dynamic artists of her generation. She earned a Grammy® in 2015 for her part in the Academy Award–winning documentary 20 Feet from Stardom, which brought her remarkable story and voice to a global audience.
Born into a musical family in Los Angeles, Hill’s creative roots run deep. Her father, bassist Robert “Peewee” Hill, and mother, keyboardist Michiko Hill, are longtime members of her band, providing a familial groove at the heart of her sound. Their collaboration anchors Letters from a Black Widow, an album that Hill wrote, arranged, and largely performed herself, even teaching herself electric guitar to bring a new dimension and grit to her music.
If 2021’s Baby, I’m Hollywood! was Hill’s exuberant coming-of-age odyssey, Letters from a Black Widow is her reckoning — a soul-baring testament to transformation and survival. The record confronts a painful chapter of her life with unflinching honesty. The title reclaims a cruel label once hurled at her after the tragic losses of mentors Michael Jackson and Prince. What once symbolised darkness now burns as a beacon of empowerment.
The album’s feature single, “Flame,” is a searing anthem of endurance and rebirth. With its explosive arrangement and soaring vocals, the track has earned praise from Rolling Stone, Entertainment Tonight, and V Magazine, which called it “a showcase of Hill’s vocal prowess and songwriting genius.”
“Dame de la Lumière,” premiered during Women’s History Month as a luminous tribute to the women who shaped her life. Dedicated to her mother and grandmother, the song celebrates the endurance and grace of generations of powerful women. “Standing on their shoulders, I carry on,” Hill says. “Bad times make strong women — that’s my mantra.”
With Letters from a Black Widow, Judith Hill has crafted a tour de force! A gospel-funk-soul confessional that is as cinematic as it is cathartic.
Expect an evening of extraordinary musicianship, emotional truth, and the unmistakable fire of an artist who has turned pain into power.
Don’t miss the chance to experience the magnetic energy of Judith Hill and her incredible band as they bring Letters from a Black Widow to life on stage across Australia this May 2026.
