**James Reyne** has today announced a further batch of locations on his 2026 FALL OF CRAWL Tour, with dates confirmed for Melbourne, Thirroul, Gosford, Canberra, Hobart, Toronto and Sunshine Coast, kicking off on January 23.

Tickets are on sale today at [jamesreyne.com.au](https://revolutionsperminuteprptyltd.cmail20.com/t/d-l-gjdltkd-ikttmjjlt-t/).

The FALL OF CRAWL Tour was inspired by the derailment of Australian Crawl. Everything has a beginning, a middle and an end after some fashion or other; and to THAT end, all things must pass. And so it came to be that Australian Crawl, after its fashion, in February 1986, came to an end.

It was a wrap. It was time. A wind-up. A sign-off. A relief. A joy. Funny. Sometimes slightly sad but resolute. A swan-song. A kiss-off; a sign-off; under the belt, on the wagon and headed for the barn. Put to bed, wiped up, wiped out, cleaned up, mopped up, polished and polished off. That was all folks, that was all she ever wrote.

James will celebrate the FALL OF CRAWL, taking these beloved songs out for a commemorative run around the country. As he says, “It’s everything you know and love, celebrating things been and gone; and how time really does f**king FLY!”

He has also dropped an engaging new video for single ***Going Back to Nashville*** – which draws heavy inspiration from the American wild west and old school country/western films, directed by Colin Renshaw. Watch [Here](mailto:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DbqEufhMD_4).

*Going Back to Nashville* is a blasting, fast-driving country-rock postcard from Music City, inspired by his tours with Tony Joe White and peppered with nods to country icons and lore (Wynonna’s buffalo, Tom T. Hall’s “Watermelon Wine,” Delbert McClinton, Jerry Jeff Walker, George & Tammy, Porter & Dolly). Framed as a seasoned songwriter taking “one more shot at Cow Town,” the song blends self-deprecating memoir (blown fortunes, hard lessons) with Nashville colour (“it ain’t the heat, it’s the humidity”), recorded with Matt Druery, Dan Willington, and John Watson. Lyrically, it tumbles through vivid images—rain-soaked rides, Cashville streets, pop-skull whiskey, Hickory Lake—closing with a salute to Tony Joe White and the magnetic pull of home.

*Going Back To Nashville* is the latest single for ARIA Hall of Famer James Reyne, who has had 19 Top 40 singles – including six Top 10 hits – and 11 Top 10 albums. His songs have provided the soundtrack to endless Australian summers. As the late, great critic Ed Nimmervoll noted, “His voice is as familiar to us as the taste of Vegemite, as essentially Australian.
