A very special concert event, taking place in July, will pay tribute to an iconic cannon of music. This ambitious production will bring the legendary GREAT AUSTRALIAN SONGBOOK LIVE to life on stage, celebrating the songs that have shaped Australia’s spirit, identity, and cultural heartbeat.

The tour will feature four rotating lead singers, backed by a world-class band, delivering fresh interpretations of Australia’s most beloved hits. The line-up will include Christine Anu, Kav Temperley, Shannon Noll and Isabella Manfredi, supported by an incredible live band led by Ben Fletcher as Musical Director.

Audiences will be transported back in time for an evening of pure nostalgia and energy, reliving Australia’s greatest music moments. GREAT AUSTRALIAN SONGBOOK LIVE consists of the songs that have been woven into the fabric of our lives, often serving as a soundtrack to our most cherished memories. These classics have a timeless meaning and resonance after decades on, which has proven why they have endured a rich musical legacy.
Christine Anu is an iconic Australian singer, actor and broadcaster whose career spans nearly three decades across music, film, theatre and radio. Best known for the ARIA Award–winning My Island Home and platinum album Stylin’ Up, she’s earned 17 ARIA nominations and delivered unforgettable performances including the Sydney 2000 Olympics Closing Ceremony. Her screen and stage credits include Moulin Rouge, The Matrix Reloaded, Rentand Little Shop of Horrors. A proud Torres Strait Islander woman, Christine is a leading voice for unity and representation in Australia. She continues to tour, create and release new music and collaborate with emerging artists.

Kav Temperley is an Australian rock singer-songwriter and bassist best known as the frontman and co-founder of Eskimo Joe. Formed in Fremantle in 1997, the band has released seven studio albums, achieved multi-platinum sales, and won 8 ARIA Awards, 15 WAMI Awards, 2 APRA Awards and 3 International Songwriting Competition Awards. Their breakthrough single “Black Fingernails, Red Wine” spent 62 weeks in the ARIA Top 50 and continues to receive high-rotation airplay 20 years on, while eleven Eskimo Joe songs have appeared in Triple J’s Hottest 100. Temperley’s songwriting credits include “From the Sea” (APRA Song of the Year, 2004) and “Foreign Land” (APRA Song of the Year, 2009).
As a performer, Temperley has toured extensively throughout Australia, the US and Europe and appeared at major events including Big Day Out, Splendour in the Grass, Sound Relief, Live Earth and the AFL Grand Final, as well as international showcases such as Sundance Film Festival and G’DAY USA in New York. He has also presented orchestral performances of Eskimo Joe’s catalogue with WASO, TSO, SSO and PSO. Alongside his band career, he has released two solo albums (All Your Devotion, 2019; Machines of Love and Grace, 2022) and continues to tour nationally while developing new solo material.
Australia’s favourite son, Shannon Noll has a career spanning two decades of multiple chart-topping hits and platinum albums. As a celebrity he has appeared on a number of Australian reality TV shows and his larrikin personality has delivered numerous big brand TV campaigns. Nollsie is an incredible live performer and a true Aussie icon.

Her success as lead singer of her band The Preatures introduced the world to the electric performance style of Isabella Manfredi. As noted by iD-Vice “Isabella Manfredi has It — that thing one step up from plain-old charisma”. With multiple ARIA nominations, accolades and global tours under her belt, Isabella has become a strong artist advocate in the Australian music scene – as well as an esteemed rock vocalist. She has released the acclaimed solo album, izzi, produced the score for the HULU original film (Plan B, directed by Natalie Morales) and recently reformed her iconic band, The Preatures, for a celebration of their seminal debut album.
