Live Nation announced Multi-platinum GRAMMY® Award-winning Sacramento band **Deftones** will bring their immersive, genre-defying live performance down under for a run of explosive headline arena shows for the first time in nearly 10 years, with special guests **Interpol** and **Ecca Vandal.** Deftones have built one of alternative rock music’s most devoted followings, blending raw power with cinematic intensity.

**Overwhelming demand for tickets has seen a second date added for Brisbane Entertainment Centre on Thursday 7 May. This is the final date to be added to the Australia and New Zealand tour. **

**The new date also follows the announce of sold out shows in Brisbane (Wednesday 6 May), Melbourne (Saturday 9 May), and Auckland (Wednesday 13 May).**

**The tour will commence in Sydney with two shows at Qudos Bank Arena on Saturday 2 May and Sunday 3 May, followed by Brisbane’s Entertainment Centre on Wednesday 6 May and Thursday 7 May. The tour then heads to Melbourne for two shows at Rod Laver Arena on Saturday 9 May and Sunday 10 May, before finishing at Auckland’s Spark Arena on Wednesday 13 May.**

General public tickets for the second Brisbane date go on sale at 11am local today.
