**Relaxing and Balancing: Yin Yang** – Hong Kong theatre company On/Off Theatre & Workshop proudly presents the award-winning show “Relaxing and Balancing – Yin Yang” at the Adelaide Fringe from February 24-28, 2026, at The Warehouse Theatre. In this show, three artists from On/Off Theatre will lead the audience through a sensational experience featuring singing bowls, traditional Chinese Qigong, and physical movements.

In Chinese philosophy, balancing the Yin (lunar side) and the Yang (solar side) within the body is essential to maintaining good mental and physical health. Through immersive involvement, the performers and the audience unite in this forty-five-minute inward adventure, reaching an energy level that surpasses ordinary life. Amid the chaos of this hectic world, take a moment to explore the depths of your being and find your own place.

Premiered at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe 2025, the show received a favourable response and was awarded the Outstanding Production – Highly Commended award at the Asian Art Awards 2025, presented by the Asian Art Fund Scotland.

On/Off Theatre was established in 2024 by veteran mime artists **Owen Lee **and **Gaffer Tsui**, and sound alchemist **Ella Yu**. They have been offering sound journey and abdominal breathing classes to Hong Kong audiences since September 2024.
