# Purple Monkey farewells The Jade with a night of requests and dancing

Purple Monkey plays a farewell show at The Jade on Friday, October 2nd, with doors at 8pm and the band performing 9pm–10:30pm. The setlist is audience-driven, with patrons invited to make requests throughout the night.

For years, **The Jade** has given Adelaide bands, artists and performers a place to play, grow and create some pretty special memories. We’re genuinely gutted to see its doors close, so if The Jade has ever given you a great night, come down and help us return the favour.

**Purple Monkey** are honoured to be playing one final show there, and we want to make it a night full of party tunes, dancing, laughs and one very loud **THANK YOU** as we send this incredible venue out properly.

We’re also ditching the setlist for the night and letting **YOU** decide what we play.

Throw requests at us, test our memory, make us play something ridiculous… we want the whole night to feel like one big party. 😂

So, cancel your plans, grab your friends and let’s give them the farewell they deserve. 💜
