The Pleasures don’t hold back on their long-awaited sophomore album, Enemy of My Enemy.

Released today, this album finds The Pleasures in full flight, trading verses, stories, and lighting sparks across a record that wears its scars with pride.  It’s a collection that’s soulful, raw, and full of heart, with just the right amount of grit.

Fronted by the magnetic pairing of Catherine Britt and Lachlan Bryan two of Australia’s most revered voices in Americana and roots music—it’s impossible not to get swept up in their chemistry, tension, and undeniable charm. Rounding out the line-up is the powerhouse rhythm section of Brad Bergen on drums and Damian Cafarella on bass—together, The Pleasures are carving their own path and taking no prisoners…and they’re more than happy to take you along for the ride.

The album kicks off with the title track and lead single—a riff-driven, raw-cut anthem.  As Lachlan puts it, the track  “set the tone for how this record was made.”

Recent singles Where The Money GoesLet’s Go Again, and Was It Something I Said? have all earned strong national airplay on ABC Radio and community stations.  And it’s not just on home soil—their music is also making waves on the U.S. Americana Radio airwaves and garnering rave reviews in the UK.
