*“...she is far from being finished. With its liquid, dreamy soundscape it explores loneliness with a gentle lilt. Massively wonderful and an instant AAA playlist add.” - MUSICROW*

*“...the album repeatedly reduces overwhelming questions to human scale: offer the ride, give up the subway seat, forgive somebody, find humor in getting older.” - RIFF MAGAZINE*

Written and produced by Crow and longtime collaborator Jeff Trott, *Pick You Up *returns to the AAA/Rock/Singer-Songwriter/Americana sound that made so many people fall in love with her in the ‘90s. Across seven songs, Crow reflects on the world around her with characteristic warmth, wit and candor, transforming the experience of living in an increasingly overwhelming moment into music that seeks out beauty and meaning.

“I find I go to songwriting these days to make sense of what is going on inside and all around me,” Crow said. “These songs were all born of the experience of living in this moment. There is so much chaos and information coming at us that it can feel overwhelming and paralyzing. My hope is that when you hear these songs, you feel that this is only of a moment and that life is a beautiful gift worth sharing.”

The title track, **“****[Pick You Up](https://daa7157e.disco-tracking.net/campaign_redir?business_id=52400&campaign_id=260043&session_recipient_id=159601371&url=NB2HI4DTHIXS66LPOV2HKLTCMUXWSYSMM52EGWDYKRTHO%3D%3D%3D&signature=v2%3Alegacy%3ArvkI3Ay5ck_5zudMZ4AdxX16QHfO2IfcXwwzu6Vw7r8)****,” **is a song of encouragement about the importance of having an ally or friend who stands by you through life’s ups and downs. Crow says the song is a reminder that while it can take time to figure out how life works, having someone in your corner is a true blessing.
