Iconic singer-songwriter, performer & actor **iOTA** has carved out a remarkable career spanning music, theatre and film, moving effortlessly between stage and screen.

Since the release of his breakthrough debut album, ***The Hipbone Connection***, in the late 1990s, he has captivated audiences with his distinctive songwriting, raw musicality, and unforgettable performances.  Now, after a decade away from releasing music, iOTA returns with the announcement of his long-awaited new album, ***Hours Disappear.  ***Set for release on September 25, 2026, via MGM Distribution, the album will be available on Vinyl, CD, and on all streaming platforms. **Preorder/Presave **[HERE](https://585da609.disco-tracking.net/campaign_redir?business_id=52400&campaign_id=250938&session_recipient_id=154358504&url=NB2HI4DTHIXS63DJNZVXI4ROMVSS6X3JJ5KECXY%3D&signature=v2%3Alegacy%3A-Q6nteudn9L39iREGte5T5OwCP0p-fZ8KoD-WFEbvpE)**.*****  ***

Self-produced by iOTA, the fully acoustic album brings together stripped-back versions of beloved classics such as ***Home Song*****, *****Bitter Wine****,* and ***Come Back For Me***, alongside a handful of new songs - ***Silver Train,*** ***Same Three Words, ***and more - highlighting the depth and emotional weight of iOTA's songwriting.

The first taste of *Hours Disappear* arrives today with a Double-A-side single - featuring fan-favourites, ***Home Song & Bitter Wine*****.**   These songs form a grand romantic and emotional statement, revealing two very different sides of iOTA's songwriting. *Home Song* is a plaintive meditation on longing and remembrance, while *Bitter Wine* offers a darkly sensuous insight into the depths of intimacy.   **Listen **[HERE](https://585da609.disco-tracking.net/campaign_redir?business_id=52400&campaign_id=250938&session_recipient_id=154358504&url=NB2HI4DTHIXS63DJNZVXI4ROMVSS6X3JJ5KECXY%3D&signature=v2%3Alegacy%3A-Q6nteudn9L39iREGte5T5OwCP0p-fZ8KoD-WFEbvpE)**.**

With *Hours Disappear*, iOTA returns to where it began - the song itself - offering a collection that is intimate, honest, and unmistakably his own.
