**Rob Hirst, Jim Moginie** and **Hamish Stuart**’s new EP,** *****A Hundred Years or More***, has debuted at #1 on the ARIA Australian Singles Chart this week meaning it sold more physical product than any other single or EP in Australia.

The EP also debuted at #1 on the Australian Independent Record Association (AIR) Independent Singles Chart.

**Rob Hirst** said, *“Thanks so much to everyone who has made A Hundred Years or More such a great success. Jim, Hamish and I loved recording the songs and we’re delighted by the tremendous show of support.”*

**Jim Moginie** added, “*To the Toppermost of the Poppermost! Thanks everyone for supporting Australian Music.”*

And **Hamish Stuart** said, *“It’s been an incredible response to this strong, thoughtful, mesmerising music. Thank you to everyone involved.”*

This latest EP follows the success of ***Red Continent***, which topped the Australian Independent Record Labels Association charts in September 2023, and reached #3 on the ARIA Chart Report. Like ***Red Continent***,  ***A Hundred Years or More*** was recorded by **Jim Moginie** at Oceanic Studio on Sydney’s Northern Beaches. Mixing was by **Warne Livesey**, who has worked with **Midnight Oil** and the band’s members since 1987. **Ted Howard**recorded the lead vocal on the title track.
