Packing an emotional punch, Brian’s Song is the second single to be lifted from the album and follows the toe-tapping, catchy Red Hot Cookin’ Momma – which picked up National airplay across ABC Country, Australian Country Radio and community radio. Wanita says; “This song is about a young man I got involved with after meeting his Mother. She needed help as Brian was trying to stay off drugs. I was making head way with Brian until his Mother’s mental health issues intervened… she went off the rails. He then shot through. About 6 months I got the news he was found dead under a park bench”.
