Taylor Henderson and Marshall Hamburger join St John Ambulance Carols by Candlelight
Two artists who captured the nation’s hearts on Australia’s biggest talent shows, Taylor Henderson and Marshall Hamburger, are set to take centre stage at this year’s St John Ambulance Carols by Candlelight, bringing their effortless stage presence and festive spirit to Adelaide’s most beloved Christmas tradition.
Returning to Elder Park/Tarntanya Wama on Saturday 13 December 2025, Carols will once again fill the city with community cheer, heartwarming performances and the very best of Australian musical talent.
Taylor Henderson became one of Australia’s most recognisable names after standout performances on the fourth season of Australia’s Got Talent in 2010. His debut single, Borrow My Heart, and self-titled album both debuted at #1 on the ARIA Charts, achieving platinum success and cementing his place as one of the country’s most-loved singer-songwriters. Known for his soulful sound and down-to-earth warmth, Taylor continues to inspire audiences nationwide.
Joining him is Marshall Hamburger, who won the hearts of viewers — and the title — on The Voice Australia Season 10. With a soulful tone beyond his years and a natural stage presence, Marshall has quickly become one of the most exciting young performers in the country, representing the next generation of homegrown talent.
Together, Taylor and Marshall embody two generations of Australian talent show success stories – the chart-topping favourite and the breakout new voice – now sharing the stage to spread the joy of Christmas through song.

With more artists still to be announced, St John Ambulance Carols by Candlelight will once again be hosted by 7NEWS Adelaide personalities Rosanna Mangiarelli, Will Goodings and Amelia Mulcahy, for a national television broadcast that shines a spotlight on South Australia.
This year, St John Carols by Candlelight will be broadcast nationally on Channel 7, via 7Two and 7Plus, at 7.00pm on Sunday 14 December 2025, as well as on Christmas Day.
Join us for the 81st St John Ambulance Carols by Candlelight, a Christmas tradition, on Saturday 13 December at Elder Park/Tarntanya Wama. Gates open at 3.00 pm with activities, competitions and giveaways, a Christmas market, the Mix 102.3 Street Crew, delicious food from onsite food trucks, and a visit from Santa. The Experience Adelaide Community Concert begins at 5.00 pm, followed by the main Carols concert at 8.30pm, culminating in a spectacular fireworks finale.
