**The 1966 Royal Albert Hall Concert**

In this astonishing docu-concert celebration, the great Cat Power recreates Bob Dylan’s most career-defining moment with her ambitious homage to a pivotal night in music history.

Just one month after his acclaimed 1966 Australian tour, Dylan was on stage at the Manchester Free Trade Hall when he switched from acoustic to electric guitar midway through the show.

It drew passionate fury and heckling from an audience of folk purists and forever altered the course of rock ‘n’ roll.

It is THAT performance, famously mislabelled as “Royal Albert Hall” on a bootleg recording, which Cat Power faithfully revives, inhabiting each song with conviction, grace and a palpable sense of protectiveness.

Released as a live album in late 2023, it features classics like It’s All Over Now Baby Blue, Just Like Tom Thumb’s Blues, Mr. Tambourine Man and Like a Rolling Stone, plus songs from Dylan’s seminal Blonde on Blonde.
