Adam 'AK' Kelly

Adam is one half of the dynamic duo that is 'Adelaide The City Of Festivals'. Together, with partner Kimberley, they are regaular shooters at most of the gigs and events around Adelaide...

Role: Photographer
Focus Area: Music, Art, Festivals and Events
Most Memorable Adelaide Experience:1993 my father took me to my very first F1 race in the city. I was amazed seeing how fast the cars were and Dad telling me about Ayrton Senna’s car and career.

Adam ‘AK’ Kelly first got in to photography when he was around 12-13 years old.

His brother was in a band and needed photos of everyone for the posters that we would put up.

When they got the camera he was allowed to use it and was told that he was a natural.

Most of his life where ever he went he had a camera with him and would work part time at a photo developing place. These days things have changed and everything has gone digital. BUT, he still takes his camera EVERYWHERE.
