Before the company travels to Italy, Shakespeare South is hosting an intimate fundraising evening at Carrick Hill House Museum and Garden, and it would  mean a great deal to have you there to share in the occasion.

The evening has been designed as a special salon-style gathering and an opportunity to experience excerpts from the work for the very first time, alongside live music, wine, canapés and conversation within the historic interiors of Carrick Hill after dark.

The cast features award-winning artists Michaela Burger, Melanie Munt, Paul Westbrook and Alys Daroy, with original live music and a Q&A with the artists following the performance. It promises to be a memorable evening and a rare chance to experience the work at this pivotal stage ahead of its international premiere.

As the project is entirely independently funded, the evening also directly supports the artists’ journey to Verona and the continued development of the production back in Australia.

We would absolutely love to see you there and would be very grateful for you to share the invitation with anyone else who may enjoy theatre, music, Shakespeare or the arts.

Sat, 23 May | Carrick Hill House Museum & Garden
