Undeniably one of the most influential bands of the past three decades, Oasis and their music continue to resonate with audiences around the globe. The tour that everyone hoped for, but no-one expected, has sold over 2.6 million tickets across Europe, Asia, North America, Australia and the upcoming final leg in South America.

Formed in Manchester in 1991, Oasis exploded into international prominence with their defining Britpop sound, timeless songwriting and record-breaking albums. Their catalogue remains embedded in modern music culture, with classics such as “Wonderwall”,“Don’t Look Back in Anger” and “Champagne Supernova” as emotive today as when they were first released.

This week’s ARIA results further highlight the excitement felt across the country, with Oasis holding three songs in the Top 40 Digital Tracks Chart and “Wonderwall” landing at #5 on the new ARIA Replay Singles Chart. On the albums front, What’s The Story Morning Glory? (30th Anniversary) landed at #2 on the ARIA Replay Album Chart, followed by Definitely Maybe (30th Anniversary) at #3. “The Gallaghers are back where they belong.” Rolling Stone AU ★★★★★

“After everything the brothers have been through, there’s something especially lovely about them trading lines like “we need each other” (in Acquiesce) or “you and I, we’re gonna live forever” (er, Live Forever); there’s a lot of love in the house, and more than expected is on the stage. And this is all before getting properly into the beyond-electric atmosphere come showtime and the intoxicating, near-indescribable communal feeling that seemingly no one can quite inspire like Oasis. Yep, you really had to be there.”Sydney Morning Herald ★★★★★

“Their first tour in 16 years and the show no fan ever thought would happen was a masterclass in memories.” The Daily Telegraph
