Quote from the Producer & star GREG GOULD
“I put this show together because I’m a huge fan of Céline Dion… Tarryn Stokes and I had talked for a while about doing a show together and I thought – no one I know can sing Céline like Tarryn can so… let’s do it!”
“Tarryn won The Voice a few years back and had that huge moment performing All By Myself by Celine Dion. I was thinking about what would complement Celine Dion, and as I was digging through the collection, I realised the Bee Gees not only wrote a song for Celine but actually performed it with her, called Immortality. I’ve always loved that song, so it was a no-brainer.”
“Then my friend Kate DeAraugo called me up and said, ‘I really want to do a show with you this year.’ I told her I wasn’t sure I had the capacity for another one, but I said, ‘Why don’t you jump on this one?’ She and Tarryn are good friends too, so it was perfect,” said Greg. “We’re not Celine, we’re not the Bee Gees, we’re just three artists who love their music and want to celebrate it.”
